If you are ever dissatisfied with any part of the services we provide, we invite you to share your concerns with us. Your feedback is valuable and gives us the opportunity to look into the matter and make improvements.

 

How We Handle Complaints

When you raise a concern or complaint, you can expect that we will:

  • Communicate openly and in a timely manner.

  • Follow all relevant New Zealand laws in the process.
